The Geneva Legal Advice Service is made up of specialised lawyers who advise you clearly and precisely.

The lawyers behind the service

Consultations are provided by lawyers admitted to the Geneva Bar, led by Me Stéphane Rey, founder of the Rey law firm, together with Me Andrea Lezzi, attorney at the firm.

Two lawyers, two generations, one standard of care

Me Stéphane Rey — attorney at the Geneva Bar, founder of the firm

Educated in Geneva (Institut Florimont) and at the University of Fribourg Faculty of Law (law degree, cum laude, 1996), Me Stéphane Rey completed his bar traineeship in Geneva before practising as an associate admitted to the Geneva Bar. An independent attorney since 2004, he is the founder and head of the Rey law firm.

Specialised in family law (divorce, separation, custody, maintenance) and in family and tax planning, he has authored publications on the taxation of couples and is a founding member of Divorce express. Over more than twenty years of practice, the firm has advised and assisted over 6,000 clients.

Me Andrea Lezzi — attorney

After completing his federal maturity at Collegio Papio in Ascona, Me Andrea Lezzi studied at the University of Fribourg Faculty of Law: Bachelor of Law (cum laude, 2017) and Master of Law (magna cum laude, 2019), specialising in private law with a Master’s thesis on the reform of the statute of limitations.

A teaching assistant in contract law and civil liability during his studies, he also served as legal adviser with a volunteer legal aid service in Fribourg. He joined the firm of Me Stéphane Rey in 2019.

The firm’s lawyers are admitted to the Geneva Bar and members of the Geneva Bar Association (ODA) and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA/FSA). Consultations in French, English and Italian.
